SEC Updated Telephone Interpretations

New Interpretations for Tender Offers and Issuer Self-Tenders

By John M. Baker, Esq.

The SEC posted a Third Supplement to its Manual of Publicly Available Telephone Interpretations.

The majority of the new interpretations relate to tender offers and issuer self-tenders (presumably including closed-end investment company self-tenders).

The Supplement is available at http://www.sec.gov/offices/corpfin/phonits3.htm
