Arbitrators, attorneys, experts and others are being actively sought to become NASD Arbitrators.

NASD Dispute Resolution is actively recruiting new Arbitrators, with special emphasis in particular cities.

Arbitrators, attorneys, experts and others who participate in the securities arbitration process may assist in this recruitment effort by referring names of possible candidates to the Dispute Resolution’s Director of Neutral Management. Instructions for the nomination of candidates can be found on the Dispute Resolution WebSite, www.nasdadr.com, or simply e-mail nominations to Barbara.Brady@nasd.com to receive further instructions.
