Form BDW

Form BDW (Form for Broker-Dealer Withdrawal) is a form that is filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) when a broker-dealer wishes to withdraw its registration with the SEC. This form is typically used when a broker-dealer is leaving the securities industry or is merging with another firm. The form must be signed by an authorized representative of the broker-dealer and must be accompanied by any required supporting documentation.
